On 5th August 2023, NTPC Darlipali family inaugurated its first musical evening. The event was inaugurated by honorable Swati Tandon, President Abhilasha Ladies Club. The event was graced by the presence of Shri Ajai Kumar Tandon, HOP NTPC Darlipali Super Thermal Power Station. 

The event was started by reciting Gayatri Mantra. Later, many people sang old hindi songs of great stalwarts like Lata Mangeshkar, Kishore Kumar, etc. The event ended by a soulful Karaoke performance.
